FAQs

Where are you located?

Empower Method Studio is located at The Range on Oleander in the retail suites. We have both front and back entrances, but we recommend new clients enter through the front to check in.

How do I sign up for class?

Download the Empower Method Studio app and sign in using your Mindbody account to book a class. If you don’t already have an account, you can create one during the sign-up process.

What should I bring to class?

Bring a yoga mat, water and a sweat towel. All other equipment will be provided. If you don’t have a mat, we have CUSTOM EMPOWER METHOD MATS available for purchase in-studio.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time to check in and get settled.

What if I arrive late?

If you’re running late, please call us at 910-473-7737. Students arriving more than 3 minutes late may not be allowed into class for safety reasons and may lose their spot to a standby client.

What if I need to cancel a class?

We ask that all cancellations be made at least 12 hours before class time via your Mindbody account. see studio policies below for more details.

I’m on the waitlist. Will I get in?

Our waitlists often move quickly, so be prepared to come to class. Keep an eye on your spot, and if you no longer wish to attend, please remove yourself to free up space for others.

Are all classes heated?

Yes. All of our classes are heated using infrared heat panels for a deeper, more effective experience.

I’m a beginner. Can I still take class?

Absolutely. All of our classes are beginner-friendly. Just let your instructor know you’re new so they can offer support and modifications if needed.

Do you offer private classes?

Yes! Whether you’re looking for a one-on-one session or planning a private event, we’d love to host you.

STUDIO POLICIES

Late Cancel / No-Show Policy


Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to class time.

  • - Class pack holders & Drop-ins: A class will be deducted for late cancels or no-shows.

  • - Unlimited members: A $15 fee will apply for late cancellations; a $25 fee will apply for no-shows.

All cancellations must be made through your Mindbody account. We are not responsible for cancellations made outside of the system.

Memberships


All memberships require a 90-day minimum commitment. If you wish to cancel after the initial period, please provide a 30-day notice prior to your next billing date.

Members may pause their membership once per year for a duration of 1–3 months. To request a pause or cancellation, email info@empowermethodstudio.com.
